Wire mesh
Details :
Wire mesh is manufactured in the following types:
single-twist galvanized mesh
single-twist plasticized galvanized mesh
triple-twist galvanized mesh, better known as “Gabion”.
Applications :
Single-twist wire mesh is used for fences, partitions, garden surrounds, orchards, etc.- Plastic-coated single-twist mesh is also used for various types of fencing, partitioning and piping.
- Triple-twist wire mesh or gabion is used for dirt roads, waterways, the first banks of rivers, etc.
Quality:
Single- or triple-twist wire mesh is made from NF A91.131 class B or C annealed mild steel wire.
Tie wire
Details :
Applications :
Tying wire for construction, flower and fabric wires for diameters under 1.50 mm.
Nails, rods, handles, etc. for wire diameters over 1.50 mm
Quality :
Wires are annealed from wire rod complying with standard NF A 35.051 in grade FM 8.
Galvanized steel wire
Details
Mild steel wire drawn and zinc-charge coated.
Applications :
- Redrawn galvanized wire: mudguard rods, various small fittings, handles, springs, industrial staples, etc.
- Over-annealed galvanized wire: fences, gabions, rods, handle clamps, etc.
- Hard-drawn galvanized wire: bucket handles, hangers, linkages, metal box keys, etc.
Quality:
Galvanized wire is manufactured from mild steel wire conforming to NF 35.051 grade FM10.
The finished product meets NF A 91.131 class B standards for wiped-type galvanizing, and NF A 91.131 class C standards for rich-type galvanizing.
Galvanizing can also be carried out on clear or annealed re-threaded wires of certain dimensions in the form of galvanized wire: work-hardened, over-annealed or re-threaded.
